I bought my lock from a store. What do I need to do to return the lock?

 

 

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product to the original store you purchased it from along with the proof of purchase (original sales receipt) for refund. Weiser can ONLY be responsible for replacing locks or lock components when the issue concerns a warranty claim.
