I bought my lock direct from Weiser. What do I need to do to return the lock?

Weiser is proud to guarantee our products with a Warranty® covering finish and function. To return a product for refund (less shipping & handling) you must call 1-800-501-9471 and a Consumer Service Representative will help you through the return process. The Weiser consumer service representative will ask you for information about the merchandise in order to authorize the return of the product and will then proceed to give you the next steps. ALL returns must go through the Consumer Service Department. Returns without an authorization number will not be accepted. We are not responsible for products sent back to us without an authorization. You may return a product you purchased from this site within 30 days of receipt of your order. The product must be returned in new condition and in its original packaging. A request of your original invoice may be requested. Returns beyond 30 days will be subject to a 20% restocking charge. An item cannot be returned more than 60 days after the date of purchase. We can only refund shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.
